Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Vibely account and your personal data.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account from inside the Vibely app:

1. Open the Vibely app.
2. Go to Settings or your Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

This action removes your account and your associated personal data. Some records may stay where the law requires it, or to complete an obligation that is still in progress.

If you cannot open the app

If you cannot access the app, you can still ask us to delete your data. Email a deletion request to vibelytheapp@gmail.com, or use our contact page. Please send it from, or name, the email address linked to your account so we can find and verify it.

What we delete and what we keep

When you delete your account, we remove your profile, your linked social identities, and your personal content.

We may keep anonymised or aggregate data that cannot identify you. We may also keep records that the law requires us to keep. Some data is removed by a soft deletion first. This hides the account and its personal data from use, and the data is then purged.
